This is all very new to me and I was very apprehensive before Marie arrived. She put me totally at ease and explained everything very clearly. I feel sure that with a bit more practice I will be able to use the catheter without any problems.

I honestly don’t think anything could have been done better. It is all about practice, which I have to do. As each day goes by I’m sure it will get easier.

Marie has been kind, considerate, caring and honest with me. She hasn't pushed me into things (like self-catheterisation) but has gentle talked to me about it and offered me lots of advice. Marie has given me the confidence to go out again, resume normal activities and above all, I can feel confident now taking my two young children out again without the worry of 'getting caught short' whilst out. For that I can't thank her enough. Always on time, smiling, and keen to offer me advice. Thank you.

Marie has been nothing but amazing. Her attitude and compassion blew me away and I beyond thankful for the support and care she has shown me. I am now in a position where I do not have to have a permanent catheter in place and can successfully self catheterise myself when needed. Marie has also shown a unbelievable amount of understanding and support in supporting me to return to work.

I've had 3 calls with Marie Riding so far to help me manage my self-catheterisation. Even on the follow-up calls she gives her full care and attention and I never feel rushed or that I'm taking too much of her time, or asking too many questions. Marie always listens and gives honest and thorough advice and never rushes to finish the call. You can tell Marie cares about her patients and I am grateful for her time and honest advice.
